Tonya May Avent is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Avent Business Consulting (ABC) Solutions. For over 25 years, Tonya has worked as an Analytical Program and Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies, such as Sprint, AT&T, IBM, and Kyndryl, managing projects with Total Contract Values of over $500 Million.
Tonya graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Mathematical Sciences and received her MBA from Averett University. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
As a humanitarian at heart, she volunteers with numerous organizations to educate and uplift disenfranchised and socio-economically challenged community members, following the charge found in Luke 12:48:
